How to make and outbound call

 

To make outbound calls through Calltracks, the user will need an access number and a PIN.

These can be provided by a Super Admin or Local Manager, for guidance on this, please refer to this article setting up PIN numbers

 

To use the Access Number and PIN for outbound calls, follow the steps below:

  1. The Call centre user dials the access number, i.e +44 1234 567890
  2. Users will be asked for their PIN number, for example, 7654
  3. Users then will be asked for the number they wish to dial. Dial the outbound number to make the call.
