How to make and outbound call

 

To be able to make outbound calls through Calltracks the user will need an Access Number and a PIN.

These can be provided by an Super Admin or Local Manger, for guidance on this please refer to this article setting up PIN numbers

 

To use the Access Number and PIN for outbound call, follow the steps below:

  1. The Call centre user dials the access number, for example +44 123 1234567
  2. Users will be asked for their PIN number, for example 7654
  3. Users then will be asked for the number they wish to dial. Dial the outbound number to make the call.
