If your goal is not firing can be due to several reasons, however the one outlined in this article is the most common one when the goal has been recently configured.
The Calltracks goal has to be set up as follows:
Goal Set Up: Custom
Name: Phone Call
Goal Type: Event
Category - equals to : Offline contact
Action - Equals to : Phone call
The fields need to match, if there is a mismatch, for example a simple spelling mistake, it will not work.
In order to check if there is a mismatch, go to Reporting - Events - Top Events , you will see the following screen:
if it does not match the Goal configuration proposed for Calltracks, your goal would not register any event.
