Why are our website numbers not dynamically changing?

If the numbers on your website have worked previously, but now have stopped dynamically changing, this may be because you have hit the Calltracks limit of allowed page views in a short amount of time. 

We suspend dynamic numbering to your IP address to avoid excessive number wastage. This sometimes happens with your own website especially in a development situation. 

To reset the disabled dynamic numbers you must be a super admin.

Simply go to Settings and click on WND Blocked IP.

This will show you your IP address and let you know if it has been blocked, it will also show all other blocked IP addresses.

Simply click on 10, 100, or 1000 this will allow an additional 10, 100 or 1000 page views before we re-suspend the dynamic numbering.
