How do I log in to my account? I have forgotten my log in details/password?

If you have forgotten your log in details, please visit https://portal.barritel.com/ 

You will be asked to enter your username or if you do not know it click on "Lost Login Details" and enter your username, then click "Request Reset"

A reset link will then be sent to your registered email address, please make sure to check your junk folder. Then follow the instructions in the email.
