What will someone pay to call me?

The cost to call one of our numbers is dependant on the network /phone provider used to call you. There are 2 costs associated with every call.

The access charge (This is what the caller will be charged to call you by their own phone company), charged as pence per minute. This information needs to be obtained from them.

The service charge (This is the rest of the call charge and you are obliged to communicate this cost to your customers and display this information if you have any of the following prefixes – 084,087, 09.)
