How do I cancel my app account?

Unfortunately there is no method available to our end users that would allow them to close their account.

What we ask is, ensure you have no credit left within your account (as we cannot provide refunds) and then email us to let us know you no longer wish to have an app account. Please ensure you provide the email address you used to create the account and your mobile number.
