If you are thinking of leaving us we would like to hear from you as customer satisfaction and being competative in the market place are important to us.
In order for you to move your number(s) to an alternative provider, you will need to contact the Gaining Telco who will provide you with paperwork to complete.
They will need to ascertain whether or not they have a porting agreement in place with us and if they do, they will forward your completed paperwork to us for us to process.
If no porting agreement is in place, the process to port your numbers could take several months or may not happen at all (if no porting agreement is ever made between the two companies).
