Are Service Charges applicable when using Fax to Email on my 084 number?

Yes. Dialling an 084 number will incur costs for the caller regardless of where the number is then pointed to. 

The caller will pay the same to ring the number whether it goes to a landline, a mobile, a fax to email feature or a voicemail.

You are required to display and advise your customers of these service charges.
