I have purchased credit on your 0845 Wizard App but it is telling me that I don't have sufficient balance?
In order to use this app you need to have credit on the app itself AND sufficient credit/ available minutes in your mobile plan, as our app allows you to call 0845 numbers, but your mobile network will only see it as a standard call to an 01,02 or 03 numbers. If you do not have sufficient credit/ bundled minutes then the call won't connect.
