Do you charge for each fax coming through Fax2Email from my bundled minutes/ Why do I have to have a tariff when using Fax2Email?

When a fax is transmitted, you will be billed for the duration of the 'call' (i.e. how long the fax takes to transmit). 

That duration comes out of your bundled minutes for the tariff that you are on. 

However, we do not charge to convert the fax to pdf and email it to you.
