I forgot to tick that I wanted my conference calls recorded when I set up a conference number and PIN with you. How can I get my calls recorded going forward?

Either you can set up a new conference number and PIN, and tick the box for call recording (and issue those details to your participants instead), or we can add call recording to your existing conference number, if you can prove you set up the original conference number with us (original email).   

Please note, recordings will only go to the email address that was set up when the conference/PIN was set up, and will only apply to new conference calls once the call recording feature has been added.
