What does it cost to set up an IVR and what will you need from me?

IVR basic costs £19.95 to set up and £4.95 per month.

To set up an IVR, we will need sound files for the various options of the IVR. 

If you are recording and providing us with the sound file the cost will be £25 for us to upload it. The sound files can be provided to us as WAV files or as an MP3.

If you would like us to record it and upload it the cost will be £100. 

In order to set up the IVR we would need to confirm all destination numbers/ features/ call announcements.
