How do I record my own voicemail greeting?

Once you have set up your voicemail, you will be issued with an Access Number and Mailbox number. (These can be found on your online account under management, voicemail). 

Dial your Access number and you will be prompted to enter your mailbox number and then your Access pin which you will have set. Press option 0 and follow further prompts to record your own greeting.
