How do I set different email addresses to have call recordings sent to?

This can be done via your online account.

  • Log in as usual and navigate to the Management tab.
  • Click on Manage Numbers.
  • Use the search function to find the number you want to update for call recording. Once the number appears, click the + icon next to it.
  • Look for the Call Recording option. If the feature is active, it will display the message: "The facility is available and active (View details)." Click on this link.
  • You can now update the email address where call recordings are sent. To add multiple email addresses, separate them with commas.
  • If the call recording feature is not available for your number, you’ll need to purchase it. Add the feature to your cart and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase.
