I'm trying to locate a call recording -but its from over a year ago, can you re-send it to me?

No, call recordings are only stored on our server for 90 days (unless you have a special arrangement for them to be stored longer). 

After this date, the only way of obtaining the call recording would be to locate the email we sent you with the original call recording attached if your server stores them for long enough.
