What options do I have for having both talking and music in an Announcement?

There are two ways we could set this up if you want both talking and music within your annoucement.

1) A pre-connect announcement followed by the current music on hold instead of ring tone. 

Choosing this option will allow the caller to always hear the full announcement and the call will not be routed through to you until it has finished playing. With this option, you can more easily supply different announcements yourself without having to pay us to custom edit each change.

2) A custom music on hold with the announcement at the start.

Choosing this option, the call is routed through to you straight away so the line may be answered before the announcement finishes playing. At the end of the music it will start playing again which would include the announcement too.
