Reports Tab

Calltracks reporting functionality allows you to view and create different types of reports. It has a set of standard reports already created to make your job easier and help you to review your data in the most efficient way.

If you would like to view report templates already created by Calltracks or would like to know how to run your own reports, then visit our Knowledge Base article ''Report templates for easy reporting'' .

Below is an explanation of what each option under ''Reports'' section means and what it is used for.

Missed Opportunities - Describes a call that was made to your number but was not answered. To know more about ''Missed Opportunities'' and what it's used for and how to use it please follow our Knowledge Base article ''Introduction to Missed Opportunities''.

Performance - A powerful reporting tool that gives you a window into the Calltracks data.

Saved Reports - You can save your filters and groupings on the Performance report. Any reports that you save will appear here, where you can run them, export them to CSV, and even set up a subscription to receive them by email. Please follow our Knowledge Base article ''How to use Saved Reports''.

More Reports - We have created a set of standard reports to make your job easier and help you to review your data in the most efficient way. When you click on ''More Reports'' a screen with report templates will appear. If you wish to use a particular one, click on “Run”.
