How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your Calltracks password, you can reset it on your usual login page. 


Step 1) Click on ''Forgot password?'' link as shown below:

Step 2) The next page will prompt you for your Calltracks username, this is normally your email address, then click ''Reset''.  


Step 3) A special link for resetting your password will be sent to the email address we have stored for your account. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. If you have not received the resetting email, please look in your junk mail:


Step 4) When you receive the reset password email, click on the clink and you should be directed to the password confirmation page shown below.  Insert your new password details, following the instructions provided:


Once you click on ''Submit'' you should be able to log in to your Calltracks account.
