How to request custom reports

Our platform allows you to create and export certain types of reports. You can generate reports using the reports and the “Calls” tab. The reports can be exported in a csv file.

There is a limit to the number of export calls per user which is 1,000 calls per day. If you would like to export more calls, please raise a support ticket using the help button above and the report will be generated for you.

However, if you would like us to produce a report that is not currently available please provide the details in the support ticket and we will contact you to discuss your requirements.
