Call Status definitions
| Call Status | Definition |
| Ringing | an inbound call that has not yet been picked up. |
| In Progress | an inbound call that has been identified and is in the process of being handled. |
| Answered | an inbound call that has been identified and answered. |
| Missed | an inbound call, that has not been answered and where the caller has hung up. These are the calls that will be identified in the "missed opportunity" notifications. |
