How to enable the call status and duration in the performance report

From the Performance Report you are able to see call duration and the call status. You can enable these metrics in your report as follows: 

Go to reports -> Performance report and tick the box "Show durations"

Then click on "Generate report" and the calls will appear in the reports.

if you would like to see the call status, tick the box called "split by disposition"

and then click on generate report and you will see the calls as follows:
