This report is sent out weekly on a Monday and gives an overview of the numbers you use on your Google Business Profile. As shown below.
How to read your report
There are 8 columns in the report.
- Location ID - This is the unique ID of the profile set by Google.
- Location Name - Name of the profile.
- Location Phone Number - This is the number currently being displayed.
- Expected Phone Number - This is the number in Calltracks that should be used in the listing.
- Is Expected Phone Number - Confirms Yes/No that the correct number is in use.
- Number Owned by Client - Confirms Yes/No. This number is in your Calltracks account.
- Is Dynamic Number - Confirms Yes/No. That the number is a Dynamic number (this should be no)
- Details - Additional information listed below.
Additional Information (Details)
Location has non Calltracks number
This means the number in your listing is not a Calltracks number.
Unable to locate advert with GMB location ID tag of 1311010525xxxxxxxx
The Calltracks number has not been linked to the listing Location ID. Please notify Calltracks.
The tag exists on more than one advert. Advert names: [Google My Business]
You have multiple Calltracks numbers linked to the listing Location ID. Please notify Calltracks.
Location has dynamic number
This is the worst notification as the dynamic number has been added to your listing. Check and update to the correct Calltracks number for your listing.
Location is correctly configured
We have included all numbers in the report to show you that everything has been checked. In this instance there is nothing more to do.
What if I see the same number listed more than once?
You will notice that each entry has a different GMB Location ID. This means you have more than one listing for that number.
